Caption	Mock wedding by AHEPA. This was a skit that was put on in conjunction with maybe a benefit dance, to raise money for one of the charities of AHEPA, like St. Basil's Academy. This was the opening even of the evening. There was a procession with the bride and bridegroom, bridesmaids, crownbearers, etc. The bouquets were vegetables. The bride was the tallest man, the groom was to be the shortest. The organizer was Jimmy Menutis, who managed several of the downtown theaters, like Majestic, etc. He was helped by Nick Peet. George Galanos and Willie Peet were the "mothers" of the bride and groom. Unknown person. Angelo Petheriotes, who served as an escort, Stelios Demetre, the "bridesmaid" Theodore Galanos, an escort, Gus Angelos, the groom, Angelo Potikes, the "bride" John Grivas, the bestman. The next two people's names are unknown and they served as bridesmaids. Steve Demeris, the ringbearer, Nick Demeris, an escort, Steve Caloudas, another "bridesmaid" Jimmy Menutis, M. C. (notice the "scroll" he's reading from is toilet paper), Alex Jelson, escort, and Nick Peet, M. C.
