Caption	"Houston, Texas.... The Venetian Room of the fabulous Shamrock Hotel to open sometime in March has been done in 'International Modern' created by R.D. Harrell, designer of the hotel's interiors and furnishings. Walls are in greenish bleu above a Venetian pine panelled dado, with door frames and draperies in Venetian red. The floor is in Cerulean blue 'Vinyl' a shade created by Mr. Harrell working with Goodyear. Antique glass canes are applied in designs along the walls and diamond shape mirrors are above the Pink Venetian console."
