Abstract |
At the time of this interview in 1974, Richard Kesselus served as the Chief of Police of West University Place. The Assistant Chief at this time, Harold E. Ship, is also interviewed. They discuss in detail how officers were trained, daily operations in the community, and the differences in how the police force operated in West University Place as compared to Houston. Kesselus also speaks about the police force’s procedures for investigating crimes in the area. |
