Boats tied up on Buffalo Bayou near Allen's Landing during a flood. In 1910 boats were re-located to new clubhouse of Houston Launch Club on Buffalo Bayou at Harrisburg.
Boat Emma and steamboat Lawrence at municipal wharves, now Allen's Landing, during flood. Lawrence was gift to Houston Yacht Club in 1905. Ownership changed but ship remained in Houston as excursion steamer.
