The State of Texas, County of Harris } Know all Men by These presents, That [-e?] Amelia Harrell wife of Josiah Y. Harrell and Josiah Y. Harrell, citizens of the state of ~~~~~~~~ of Texas & of Harris County, for the consideration of Forty one Dollars & fifty cents to us[?] paid by William C. Gould also a citizen of said state of Harris County, have granted, bargained, sold and released, and do hereby grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said William C. Gould his heirs and assigns forever, the following described property, To wit: Block number Three Hundred and Forty seven (347) (being Two hundred and fifty feet square) in the City of Houston, County and State aforesaid and so marked and numbered on a plot of that part of the City of Houston known as the Nealman[?] Lead [?] right track, of Record on Harris County Record of Deeds, Book J page 389, which said plot is referred to in order more particularly to identify the property herein conveyed ____________________________________________ Together with all and singular the rights, members, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in any-wise incident or appertaining. To have to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described premises unto the said William C. Gould his heirs and assigns forever; And we do hereby bind ourselves our heirs, & administrators, to warrant and forever defend all and singular the aforesaid premises, unto the said William C.
