Transcript	Republic of Texas Harris County Know all men[?] by these presents that I James Pinckney Henderson have this day & by these presents for and in con-sideration of the sum of two thousand dollars to me in hand paid bargained & sold to Thomas M Bagby all of the right little interest & claim which I have in and to the following lower lots with the improvements thereon in the city of Houston & county of Harris “Jan[…?]” lots number six & seven in block Number forty three to have & to hold to him the said Bagby his heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby warrant the titles[?] to the same to him the said Bagby his heirs & assigns forever against the claims of all persons claiming under[?] me witness my hand & seal this 17th of January 1843 J Pinckney Henderson (seal) Witness A. Mr.G. U-…[?] Republic of Texas Harris County Before Mr W R Rakin clerk in & for the county afore=said this day came J.
