Notice of appointment of the Managers for an Election of School Trustees, in Austin County, Texas

              ELECTION OF SCHOOL TRUSTEES.

To: Messrs Jos. Chernosky, J. H. Luhn and H. T. Wiley.

You are hereby notified that you have been appointed by the
County Commissioners' Court of Austin County, Texas,

Managers of an Election,
to be held at Kenneyville in
School District No 1, in Austin County, on the first Saturday
(the 6 day) in June, 1896, for the purpose of
electing 2 white Trustees for the white schools, and
2 colored Trustees for the colored schools of said District,
for the 2 years beginning July 1, 1896.

And you will make due return of said election to the County
Judge within five days after said election.
