Transcript	The Republic of Texas, Washington County, 2nd class, No. 166 640 acres. This is to certify, that William B. Patterson is entitled to a conditional Head-right of Six Hundred and Forty acres of land agreeably to the provisions of the act passed Jan. 4th 1837. Extending to nations of alnd to Emigrants.
