THE STATE OF TEXAS all mtn bu t~tst lJlrtstnts, that whereas by an order of the County pourt of
I '
Nacogdoches, Texas, through its Chief Justice, B. Blake, at the December Term, 1850-lt"was
adjudged and decreed, that Haden H. Edwards, Administrator with the Will annexed, of Haden
Edwards, deceased', be authorized to Sell either at public or private sale, as in his judgment ·
may seem best for said Estate, all that portion of the unsold Lots in Number 160, belonging to
the said Estate, in the town of Fredonia, on the Sabine River, Rusk County, extending back
from said 1iver to fifth street, in said town, according to the plan recorded in Rusk County
Court, as made out by J. M. Wells, Esq. And Whereas by said order, full authority was
granted said Administrator to make Titles to said Lots, (according to his Terms of Sale.)
THEREFORE, under said Orders and Decrees, I, Haden H. Edwards, Administrator as afore-said,
for the consideration of ~~ dollars, to me in hand paid by
have bargained, sold, aliened,
conveyed, and delivered to the said purchaser, his heirs and assigns, for ever, all the right, title,
; and interest of the said Estate, or of myself as Administrator aforesaid, under the order of
